Flights are counted when the quote is built, not billed on the day. Tell us the flights at each address, whether the staircase turns, and the landing depth. That sizes the crew.
Can furniture come apart for the hallway?
Yes, and here it often has to. Bed frames, dining tables and flat-pack wardrobes come apart, then go back together at the other end. Flag those pieces when you quote.
There is no loading zone outside my terrace. Is that a problem?
It is normal here rather than a problem. The crew works from the nearest legal spot and carries, so we only need the distance in advance. Clearways at peak rule out some kerbs.
My building has a goods lift. What do you need?
Book it with building management early, then send us the internal dimensions and the loading dock hours. Raise any paperwork or induction when you book, not on the morning.
