What the booking covers
A wardrobe carton is a two-person lift, a long bookcase box will not clear a hatchback, and six together is a van job. We send the vehicle the load needs and deliver to your address.
The price is fixed at booking, set by carton count, vehicle, distance and access. Single items up to 3m long and 150kg sit inside the fleet, so wardrobes, bed bases and cabinetry all fit.

Is PicUp affiliated with IKEA?
No. PicUp is an independent collection and delivery service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for IKEA. You buy from the store yourself, then book us to bring the order home. Returns and warranties stay with the retailer.
Do you assemble the flat-pack furniture?
Only on the white glove tier, and only basic assembly. The other two tiers are carry services, so cartons arrive sealed. Say at booking if you want it built.
Do you take the packaging away?
White glove includes it, so the cardboard leaves with the crew. On the other tiers the boxes stay with you. If the pile has built up, Sydney junk removal clears it separately.
Can you collect an order already paid for?
Yes, and that is the usual booking. Give us the collection details and the name the order sits under, and the hauler picks it up. Some stores need a third party authorised first, so check.
Which Sydney suburbs can you deliver to?
Green Square, the Inner City, the Inner West, the Eastern Suburbs, and St George and Bayside. North Shore, the Northern Beaches, Western Sydney and the Hills District launch in the last quarter of 2026.
