How is this different from your residential pricing?
Business pricing is structured differently to residential, it accounts for repeat, lower-margin bookings rather than one-off moves, and it’s what makes this viable for a business booking regularly rather than once. Enter your job details at booking to see your price, it’s calculated automatically once you’re booking as a business.
Do I need to set up an account?
No, not for a single booking, enter the job and pay, same as any other online checkout. If you’re booking regularly, creating an account lets you log back in to track current jobs and see your booking history, so it’s worth doing from your second booking on, but it’s never required to get started.
How do I pay?
Card, at the time of booking. We don’t offer invoicing or payment terms on this tier, if that’s what you need, our business team can talk through an account that does.
What if my volume grows?
Get in touch with our business team, once you’re booking regularly at higher volume, we can talk about a negotiated rate and an account that fits.
What are the size and weight limits?
Same as our residential service: nothing over 150kg per item, nothing larger than 3m in any dimension. Pallet deliveries run on separate pricing logic to standard item limits, confirmed at booking. For anything bigger or a regular high-volume need, talk to our business team about a fleet solution that fits.
