What PicUp Means for Retailers & Small Businesses

The last mile isn’t just a challenge for households, retailers, showrooms, marketplaces, and small businesses across Brisbane and the Gold Coast feel the pressure daily.

In fact, bulky-item delivery is often the biggest operational headache for stores that sell furniture, appliances, homewares, gym equipment, garden products, or second-hand goods.

Customers expect fast, affordable, reliable delivery, and when retailers can’t offer it, they risk losing sales to competitors who can. This is exactly where PicUp becomes a game-changing partner.

PicUp helps businesses by offering:

• Fast, on-demand delivery for bulky items

• White-label delivery options

• Same-day or scheduled delivery

• Better customer satisfaction and fewer failed deliveries

• A sustainable, carbon-neutral service that aligns with modern consumer expectations

Retailers don’t need their own trucks, staff, or complicated logistics. PicUp handles bulky deliveries affordably and reliably, purpose-built for the items retailers find most challenging: big, heavy, awkward, or fragile.
