Will you take it from inside the house?
Yes. The haulers walk in, lift the piece where it stands, and take it apart if it will not fit back out through the doorway.
Renovation waste is the one worth describing carefully. Loose timber, tiles and plasterboard weigh far more than they look, and they come out by the armful rather than on a trolley. Say so when you book and the vehicle that turns up has the payload for it, whether that is a ute, a cargo van or the pantech.
Is the council clean-up cheaper than booking you?
It is free, so nothing we quote will beat it on cost.
The two are not exclusive, though. Plenty of households leave the ordinary pieces out for the roster and book us for the one thing nobody can shift, which keeps the paid load small. If you are deciding between them, work out what would still be sitting in your hallway a fortnight from now, and get a price on only that.
Can you drop a skip bin off instead?
No. We do not hire bins of any kind, so nothing gets dropped off and nothing has to be collected later.
A vehicle and two haulers arrive inside the window you booked, load what you point at, and drive away with it. The whole job is one visit. If your rubbish is going to appear in stages, a renovation running long for example, book each stage as it fills rather than paying for a bin to stand there half empty.
What will you not take away?
Pianos, pool tables and safes, plus any specialist piece over 120kg. Everything else in a normal household clear-out is fair game.
Name the heaviest object when you book rather than hoping it fits, because that is the one answer we cannot give from a photograph. Support runs seven days between 8am and 5pm, so you hear back the same day and lose nothing waiting to find out. If we cannot carry something, we say so plainly.
