Do you reserve the goods lift for me?
You book it with your own building, because the reservation has to sit in a resident name. Forward the confirmed block to us and the day gets planned around it.
Will a truck fit in my basement carpark?
Only where the clearance allows it. Read the height off the sign at the top of the ramp and give us that number. Too low, and we work from the dock or the kerb instead.
What does building management usually ask for?
Sign-off on the move, a reserved lift, and whatever paperwork the scheme asks of any contractor. Request that list early, since some schemes are slow to answer.
My dock window is only two hours.
Workable, once we know. A tight window changes how many haulers arrive, not the figure you were quoted. Name the slot while booking and enough hands come.
