Can the truck get all the way in?

Not on its own. A well-drained gravel drive takes a truck in dry weather without any trouble at all.
Rain changes it. Soft ground off the seal is where a loaded pantech gets stuck, so after wet weather a lighter van comes in its place instead. If your drive turns to mud, say so at the quote and the day is planned around it.
How do you price the run into town?
By the two addresses, counted once. The kilometres from your block to the new home are in the quote before you book.
So a slow trip changes nothing you pay. We need the real destination, not the suburb, since a move ending across the city adds road time at the far end. Give us both street addresses and the access at each end, and the timing is built in.
