Newer towers load through a dock with a booked time on it, shared with deliveries and other residents. Miss the slot and the next one may be tomorrow, so the sequence is set before we arrive.
Balconies fight big furniture
An outdoor setting leaves the way it came in, through the door and down the lift. We take frames apart rather than force them past a narrow rail.
Heavy glass, short turns
Double glazing against aircraft noise makes sliding doors heavy, and the turn from balcony into hallway is tight. Slow and padded beats fast and chipped.

How long a loading dock booking do I need?
Ask for the longest block the building will give you. Tell us the length and we plan the order around it, heaviest first, so even a short slot clears cleanly.
My outdoor setting will not fit through the balcony door.
Then it comes apart inside and goes out through the hallway. We never lift furniture over a balcony rail, and we do not use windows as a route.
What if the dock is already booked on my date?
We can usually work from the visitor entry or the kerb instead, with a longer carry to the lift. Say so while you are quoting and the price reflects the real route.
Are the double glazed doors a problem?
They are heavy and they mark easily, so the crew treats them as glass rather than as a door. We pad the opening and take wide pieces apart instead of angling them through.
Is Mascot covered, and what can you not move?
Mascot is served today, in our Green Square coverage alongside Alexandria, Rosebery and Zetland. We do not move pianos, pool tables or safes, and offer no packing or storage.
