How a Hills quote works
Room count picks the truck. The driveway or the lift decides how close it gets. Then the run between the two addresses. All three are settled before you pay anything.

Hills District removals FAQs
Our driveway is long with nowhere to turn.
That is normal here and it gets settled at the quote, not at your letterbox. A pantech reverses a long handle where the width and surface allow, and stops at the street where they do not.
Two details decide it. The tail-lift needs level ground to set a load down on, so a handle that tips towards a carport shortens the reverse. An unsealed surface behaves differently after rain. Stand at the letterbox, take one photo down the drive, and say what the ground is made of.
How is a lift booked at a Norwest block?
You book it, or the building manager does. Blocks along the Metro corridor take that request from a resident, not from a removalist ringing on your behalf.
Ask two things while you have them on the phone: how long the window runs, and the clearance height at the basement entry. Where the pantech will not fit under it, a cargo van goes down and makes more runs. Tell us the hour you are given and the crew is sized to it.
Is Castle Hill to Kellyville one booking?
Yes, and it is the commonest shape of Hills move we see. One truck and one crew handle a lift at one end and a driveway at the other.
The booked hour is the fixed point, so we work around it and take the flexible end second. Tell us which of your two addresses carries it. Where both do, the windows need to sit far enough apart for the drive between, and that is worth checking before either is locked in.
How many haulers for a five bedroom home?
Two to three, and on a Hills five bedroom it is usually three. Volume is only half the reason. The walk from the truck to the door does the rest.
A long handle, an upstairs landing or a garage nobody has emptied all push the number up, and none of them change the figure you agreed. What no crew size covers is a piano, a pool table or a safe. Say early if you own one.
