What furniture removalists actually move
The term describes pieces rather than properties. Lounges and corner modulars, wardrobes, bed frames, dining tables, desks, and the whitegoods beside them.
That is the split with a house move. A full removal is priced from rooms, because everything is going. A furniture job starts from an inventory you write, so four pieces cost four pieces. If every room is emptying, book a Sydney removals job instead.

The doorway decides this one, rarely the weight. Modulars split into sections, and a long three seater often needs its feet off to clear a turn.
Wardrobes, beds and tables
Flat-pack wardrobes travel far better in parts, and most bed frames have to come apart anyway. Name those pieces when you quote, so the time is already inside the price.

What sets a furniture price
The item list first, then the access at both ends, then the run between them. We cover south Sydney, the Inner West, the airport precinct, Bondi and the Eastern Suburbs, plus St George and Bayside.

Furniture only, or a full home removal?
Count what is actually leaving. A handful of pieces, or one room emptying, is the furniture job, and you pay for those items. If every room is going, rooms are the better unit and a dedicated truck beats repeat runs.
Do you take the furniture apart?
Yes, for the pieces you flag at booking. Bed frames, flat-pack wardrobes, table legs and modular sections. White glove handling rebuilds them at the other end.
Can you shift a fridge or washing machine?
Yes. They ride upright on a trolley, and a door often comes off to clear a hallway. One item can run to 3m and 150kg. Heavier we cannot lift.
Where do you go, and what is excluded?
